Short sales funding are given only to limited transactional purposes as lending short loans for every purpose may be risky to the lender. The most notable thing in such transactions is the period taken by the end buyer to settle the amount for the property.The third party or the end buyer is said to play an important role in the short term funding as the funds are supplied to the investor on the basis of the promise of the end buyer only, who had already agreed to pay the full settlement for the commercial real estate property within 3 days from the day of sanction of the loan amount.
